Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones
It was released in 2002 as the second film in a new trilogy. In this film, we see Anakin as a young man, struggling with his forbidden love affair with Padmé Amidala and the danger that comes to his mother, Simi Skywalker.
Ten years after Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace, Padmé is visiting the planet Coruscant to cast her vote in the Senate chamber, where she is the target of a terrorist attack that results in many casualties.
Anakin is ordered to escort Padmé back to Naboo, and his feelings for her grow stronger by the day.
Anakin, who has been dreaming about his mother Simi’s agony, visits his home planet Tatooine with Padme’s help, but he is unable to save his mother from being kidnapped, and she dies in his arms.
In a fit of rage over his mother’s murder, Anakin kills the entire Tasusken Raider clan that kidnapped her. Anakin regretted that he had been so powerless, and from that time on, his desire for more power began to grow.
In the meantime, Anakin and Padmé go to Geonosis to rescue Obi-Wan from Count Dooku’s clutches, but they end up being captured and all three are about to be executed.
In the midst of their desperate situation, the Jedi Legion led by Mace Windu and the Clone Troopers led by Yoda, who had been secretly infiltrated, come to their rescue. The big battle scene between the overwhelming number of droids and the Jedi army is the highlight of Episode II.
After that, the lightsaber battle between Yoda and his former apprentice Count Dooku, who has now fallen to the dark side, unfolds. The battle scene of Yoda fighting at an unbelievably fast pace is a must-see for long-time Star Wars fans.

Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith
It was released in 2005 as the third and final film in a new trilogy. The main theme of the film is Anakin’s descent into the dark side and the birth of Darth Vader.
Three years after the Clone Wars broke out in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Supreme Chancellor Palpatine is attacked and captured by separatist forces.
Obi-Wan and Anakin go to Palpatine’s rescue, where they come face to face with Count Dooku, who has become even more powerful than before and is defeated by Anakin.
When Anakin returns home, he is delighted to learn that Padme is pregnant, but at the same time he is frightened because he begins to have prophetic dreams that she will die in childbirth. Palpatine lured Anakin into the power of the dark side of the Force, saying he had a way to save Padme.
Anakin, along with Mace Windu, drove Palpatine to the edge, but he finally succumbed to the temptation of the dark side and killed Mace out of a desire to save Padme. This moment of Anakin’s fall to the dark side is considered to be the most important scene in Episode III.
Palpatine, pleased that Anakin had fallen to the dark side, gave him the name Darth Vader and ordered the massacre of the Jedi. Most of the Jedi were slaughtered by Anakin and his men, and only a few remained, including Yoda and Obi-Wan.
Padmé, who had followed Anakin to the planet Mustafar, was shocked to see Anakin’s changed appearance. In order to stop Anakin from going out of control, Obi-Wan and Anakin, who are master and disciple, engage in a fierce battle, and Anakin is defeated as his hands and arms are cut off and he sinks into the lava.
Anakin was rescued by Palpatine, who operated on him and transformed him into Darth Vader. This shocked the audience as the moment of Darth Vader’s birth. In the last scene, Padmé gives birth to twins and takes her last breath. They are named Luke and Leia respectively, and the story continues as the main characters from Episode IV onward.
