Urushibara Ruka

Lab Member No. 006 of the Future Gadget Laboratory in “STEINS;GATE”.
She is the only child of the Yanagibayashi Shrine in Akihabara, and is called “Lukako” by the main character, Okarin, and her fans.
She’s a pretty and shy girl, and is definitely a beautiful miko character no matter how you look at her. But she is a man.
Her voice actress is Yu Kobayashi.
Summary
The miko characters I’ve mentioned here are all those who have appeared in works since 2000, but miko characters have been appearing frequently even before that, dating back to the 1980s with characters such as Sakura from Urusei Yatsura and Saya-chan from the game Strange World.
Rumiko Takahashi, in particular, is known as one of the leading miko characters, and Kagome and Kikyo from “Inuyasha” are also famous miko characters.
In the 90’s, Rei Hino from “Sailor Moon” became popular, and her appearance can be said to have popularized the miko character.
The white and red colors of the shrine maiden costumes are very Japanese and sacred, so the characters who wear them naturally feel divine.
It has a charm that no other character can match!
