Dragon Quest III and the Legend (Super Famicom version)

Released in 1996, this was the first remake of Dragon Quest 3 and was the first remake to reach its destination.
It was such a masterpiece that it became a social phenomenon at the time of the FC version, but in addition to improved graphics and controls, it also added a prologue and map, as well as the familiar “baggy”, “gold bank” and “tiny medal” from the later series, the “bandit” occupation, weapons that could attack multiple enemies such as the attacking boomerang, the “personality” and “backgammon field”, and the hidden dungeon ……, among other things.
Numerous improvements have been made to the game, mainly in terms of points that were disapproved of in the franchise version, such as the ability to reintroduce merchants that were parted during the merchant town events, making it one of the highest rated remakes of a Dragon Quest game.
The game sold 1.4 million units, making it the second best-selling Dragon Quest remake of all time.

Dragon Quest III (Game Boy Color Edition)

It is a Game Boy Color (GBC) port that was released in 2000.
It’s basically based on the SFC version, but the graphics are lower than the SFC version due to the portable console.
Instead, the “Book of Interruptions” makes it easier to stop playing, and the hidden dungeon “Ice Cave” and the hidden boss “Grand Lagoons” have been added.
The GBC-only elements of the game are a strength.
