It ended its 13-year history with the final episode in the December issue of Manga Time Special, released on October 21, 2019.

The comics have been published to volume 14 as of November 2019.
A special edition will be published in Spring 2020 in Manga Time.

A romantic comedy by Arai Cherry, which is serialized in Manga 4koma Palette.
It is a story about a cute high school girl, Yonomori Kobeni, who is a normal high school student except for her developmental skills, and her daughter-in-law, Mitsumine Hakuya, who is a monster of a thing, describing her first love and her daily turmoil.

It became popular due to the cuteness of Byakuya’s younger sister, Mashiro, and the line “I feel the vibes of a romantic comedy,” which became a popular phrase, and the anime that aired in 2014 was a hit.
For some reason, a second season has not been produced.

As of November 2019, 10 volumes have been published.

This is a gag four-frame manga series that is serialized in Manga Life WIN by Chobora Unipomi.
It depicts the silly everyday life of four high school girls who belong to Kuramochi Minami High School’s Manga Research Club.

As a gag, it is a parade of absurd and uninteresting material.
There is almost no “moe” element to it.
It was made into an anime in a short 5-minute frame and became a popular work that was produced for three seasons.

It’s a dusty four-panel manga with a homey atmosphere, and Chie’s cuteness really stands out.
The short anime was broadcast in 2016 in a two-minute slot.

The comics have been published in 11 volumes as of November 2019.

Kuro carrying a coffin 〜Pocket trip story〜

It is the story of the main character Kuro, who carries a huge coffin on his back and travels with his bat buddy Sen, who speaks human language, to find the “witch” and his friends.

It was serialized for a long time as the mainstay work of Manga Time Kirara, but it was not made into an anime due to its heavy weight.
However, its popularity is high, and the work remains in the hearts of many fans even after the serialization ends, so it may eventually be made into an anime in some form.

As of November 2019, all seven volumes of the series are on sale now.

A magical girl story by Fujiwara Kokoa sensei that was serialized in Monthly Gan Gan Gan JOKER.

It depicts the daily life of a super elementary school girl, Rika Haruna, and the people around her with a variety of themes.

It is the mainstay work that features on the cover of Manga Home, and since it has been serialized since 2003, it is a four-panel manga with high recognition, but it has not had the opportunity to be made into an anime.
However, it’s definitely one of the most iconic everyday four-panel manga works.

As of November 2019, it has been published in 27 volumes.

Number Girl

出典 : Amazon.co.jp

This is a comedy by Tanigawa Nico teacher that was serialized in the monthly comic Dengeki Daioh.
It is a story about 16 cloned girls, ranging from 1 (First) to 16 (Sixteenth), who start to have different personalities from the other clones in their daily lives.

It is a gag manga with a surrealistic and de-powered style, but the concept of the cloned girls gradually becoming different from each other is an excellent work.
This is a work that should be read by non-Watamote fans as well.

As of November 2019, all three volumes are on sale now.

TORIKISSA!

出典 : Amazon.co.jp

This is a comedy by Nobuyoshi teacher Sensei that was serialized in Monthly COMIC Ryu.
It depicts the daily life of the coffee shop “Torikitsa” run by Suzu and Rin, sisters of the half-human, half-bird race “Toribito”.

It’s based on the author’s current serialized work, Fleet Korekshon -Nuclear Warfare! This is a heartwarming four-frame work that is different in style from “Zhinshou Survey Team”, and has a great soothing effect.

As of November 2019, all seven volumes are on sale now.

Summary

Even in works that have not been made into anime, there are many masterpieces.
Also, there are many works that have been made into anime that have a different expression and direction from the anime version and that convey the unique appeal of the manga.
Don’t think of it as “not being made into an anime” or “having seen it in an anime” and don’t hesitate to pick it up!
