Anya is currently enjoying her time as a member of the Forger family.
She has made friends at Eden School and is able to live a rather stretched out life because of her parents’ policy of not being good at academics but not quite Spartan.
This is probably the first time in her life that she is feeling happy in her daily life.
However, this happiness is bound to come to an end.
The Forger family is a pseudo-family with a limited time limit until the accomplishment of Operation Owl, which is Dusk’s responsibility.
If Dusk achieves his goal, the family will naturally dissolve.
When that happens, Anya will no longer be essential to Dusk …….
Since he is a spy, he prepares the necessary background and occupation each time he goes undercover, and plays the position of not being suspected at all by those around him.
And it is also an important job of a spy to leave no trace of himself.
If he doesn’t destroy the temporary identity he created in his earlier missions, he is in danger of being traced back to it.
In other words, as long as Dusk continues to be a spy, he must cut Anya off.
So, it would be difficult …… realistically for Yol and Anya to continue the parent-child relationship when Dusk is gone, if only Yol and Anya will continue the parent-child relationship.
Since Dusk explains to Yol that Anya is his real child, he must be with Anya when he leaves her to avoid suspicion from Yol.
Because of Dusk’s nature, it is unlikely that he would push Anya on Yol, so it is inevitable that Yol and Anya will part ways.
Therefore, the end of Operation Owl would mean the loss of her family for Anya.
Her future is not a bright one.
However, it’s not so clear whether Dusk can be that dry, in fact, it’s not so clear.
He prides himself on being the best spy in the West, but he is surprisingly emotionally driven, and when Anya was in danger, he rescued her, even if it meant ignoring his own position.
After that, although they are not a real blood family, he plays the role of a father to Anya, and they gradually build up a family-like relationship.
When Operation Owl ends, if Dusk feels that Anya is his real daughter, he could consider leaving her with him.
Of course, it would be extremely difficult to raise a child while spying on her, so in that case, Yol’s support would be essential.
However, in that case, it would be a prerequisite for Yol to become a housewife, as Dusk would be away from home for long periods of time.
She would need to step away from the assassin.
It will probably be difficult for her to accomplish that on her own, so Dusk’s help is essential.
However, Yol hasn’t told Dusk about her identity, and Dusk is no different.
They cannot become a real family while this is going on.
The key person in this case is Anya, who knows both sides’ backgrounds and can read their minds.
Due to the nature of their profession, Dusk and Yol would never reveal their professions to the public, so there is almost no chance that their true identities will be revealed except for Anya revealing her identity and the truth being told from her mouth.
Because of that situation, if Anya doesn’t want to keep them around, there’s no chance of a happy ending.
But there’s no need to worry about that.
She has one wish, she just wants to be with both Dusk and Yol.
To Anya, they are her real “Chichi” and “Haha” from the beginning, and they are her family.
Summary
Every time I see Anya crying or laughing, it’s so heartwarming!
During the written test in the first episode, she remembers how she and “Chichi” worked so hard to get to the test for him and for herself, while she could see the anxiety in the other kids’ hearts and almost cried too.
It’s no exaggeration to say that her presence is the reason why SPY×FAMILY was a hit!
I don’t know how this film will play out in the future, but I’d like to believe that as long as Anya is here, it won’t have a depressing ending …….
I definitely want her to be happy!
